Cerita sebelumnya...
(The previous story)

Bisa dibaca di part 1, part 2 dan part 3.
Akhirnya Gunung Merapi meletus, tepat malam hari pas kita baru sampe paginya di Muntilan buat ngejalanin kegiatan live-in. Dilanda hujan abu dan hujan batu di depan rumah induk semang, tiba-tiba kita semua kedatengan tamu istimewa, yaitu dukun dari Banten yang katanya dapet wangsit hari sebelumnya kalo Gunung Merapi mau meletus.

You can read it at part 1, part 2 and part 3.
Finally, Mount Merapi exploded at the night we arrived at that day in Muntilan for homestaying. While it was ash and stone raining outside our homestay parents' house, we got a special guest, which is a shaman from Banten Province, who said he had got a revelation the day before Merapi exploded.

Berita sehari sebelum pergi live-in
TV News, D-1 going to homestay

Ada Mbah Dukun, si Mbah mau ngapain?
(What the shaman wanna do?)

Shaman : I must go for preventing Mount Merapi explodes before many victims caused by Merapi, so I will go uphill to the top of the mount.
Mbah Yoso : Okay, so why do you come here?
Shaman : I heard from the neighbors here, if you are the most respected person here.

Eh udah kayak gitu, si Mbah Dukun malah buka buntalan dia terus malah nawarin Mbah Yoso minyak dalem botol gitu ga tau minyak apaan. Tuh kan dia salesman! *nyambung sama post yang part 3*

So, the shaman went to met Mbah Yoso for asking the blessing from as he was the most respected person in Kajangkosa Village. After that, the shaman opened his bundle and offered some oil in the small bottle, I don't have any idea what kind of oil it was.

After that, the shaman went to the top of the Merapi. We still didn't believe what we saw with our eyes. Everything we saw only in television, and now I saw it real, ash and stone raining, exploding mountain, and then... a shaman.....

Me : Bapak, do you believe what that shaman said?
Bapak : Believe it or not, it depends on you, my daughter, how far you faith is.

Bapak.... :')

WHAT BAPAK SAID WAS SOOOOOO COOOOLLLL!!! He said implicitly, as the people who believe in God, we don't have to worry about some mystical things like that, because we have God who always protect us.

The homestay parents at that time might have been instructed to evacuate all of the homestay participants from ring 4. We as the participants in ring 2 were ready to walk downhill for evacuation.

Mbah Yoso : Kalian semua siap-siap, sebelum berangkat, sini saya doain dulu...
Mbah Yoso ternyata beli minyak yang dijual si dukun tadi satu botol, terus dia buka botolnya, dia tuang sedikit ke tangan.

Mbah Yoso : You're ready now, before you go, I will pray for you.
I didn't know if he bought the oil in the bottle from the shaman, he opened the bottle, and pour a little ammount of it to his hand.

Mbah Yoso : Semoga Tuhan Yesus melindungi kamu... *ngolesin minyak ke jidat gua, dibentuk tanda salib*

Mbah Yoso : May Jesus Christ always protect you.
He made a cross symbol with the oil at my forehead.

MBAH YOSOOOOOOOOO. :''''''''''''''')
Gua terharu, satu-satu dibikinin tanda salib pake minyak tadi, katanya semoga jadi dilindungi selalu. Aduh bok terharu bok, padahal gua dan temen-temen baru di sini beberapa jam doang, udah jadi keluarga banget sama Mbah Yoso, berasa cucu sendiri.... Terus sekarang kita uda musti misah sama dia.

I was so touched by his kindness, Mbah Yoso made cross symbols on my friends' forehead too. Was sooooo touched, we just arrived there only for some hours, and we were so welcomed like his own granddaughters, and that time we had to say good bye to him. I was so lucky to be placed at Mbah Yoso's family, their faith was so strong in Christ. Even he didn't care about buying an oil from the shaman, as long as he could use it for annointing oil for blessing us.

Finally, we said good bye to Ibu Suliah and Mbah Yoso. Bapak accompanied us to go outside the village. I saw everything was dark, felt like in Walking Dead or Resident Evil. We passed Tika and Intan's house which was located in village's gate, me and Cella took our T-shirts which we washed together at afternoon and hung up there, the T-shirts were still wet and full of ash, we put them at plastic bag.

Sampe di jalan raya penghubung desa
(At the villages connecting main street)

Jalanan gelap, minim penerangan, hujan abu semuanya.

So many friends from the villages above Kajangkosa Village went downhill by feet, everyone went to Gubug Selo Merapi. There was a man who was riding motorcycle in front of us, asked us if we wanted to go downhill with him. Not in a long time, me and Cella were picked up by the mysterious man by his motorcycle. Everyone we saw in left and right side of the main street didn't bring anything, the man just drove his motorcycle quickly. The street was dark, the lighting were so minimum, and ash was still falling from sky.

Udah gitu koplak banget lagi, lagi ngebut dibonceng motor, tiba-tiba gua bisa denger udah ada yang nenteng tas tapi teriak, "ANJIR BEHA GUA KETINGGALAN SEMUA!!!!!"

As I was picked up, I could hear what everyone was talking in the street, for example one of my friend was carrying her bag and she shouted, "D*MN ALL OF MY BRAS WERE STILL IN HOUSE!!!!"

Sekitar 10 menit kemudian, tibalah gua di depan Gubug Selo Merapi. Gua dan Cella bilang terima kasih sama bapak misterius baik hati tadi yang nganterin kita, terus bapaknya balik lagi ke atas.

10 minutes later, we arrived in front of Gubung Selo Merapi. Me and Cella said many thanks to the kind mysterious man who later drove his motorcycle uphill.

Di Gubug Selo Merapi...
(At Gubug Selo Merapi)

Such a chaotic at there, and many of my friends just arrived there. There were so many friends who only brought phone, and nothing, even the DSLR camera was missed by my friend.

Semua anak satu-satu dibagiin masker gratis, karena di luar hujan batu mulai berkurang tapi hujan abu masi tetap pekat.

Every student got free masker, because the stone raining decreased but the ash raining was still intense.

Almost all of the participants didn't bring the luggages, including me, the first thing was we had to evacuate ourselves and left the luggages. Luckily I brought a small bag so I could brought all of my important stuffs, including my digital camera (the litle Canon IXUS) and its charger in my bag so everything was okay for me. Mr. Sukris, my teacher, said to us to tell our parents that we were okay although Merapi had exploded at that night. I follow my friends, so I sent a short message to Dad.

Oke, seneng-seneng yah di sana.
(Okay, have fun there.)

HAHAHAHAHHHH BOKAP GUA SIH LAWAK, EPIK ABIS!
ROTFL MY DAD WAS SO EPIC!!!! :'''''))))

We had to wait the pick up service from Juwono village, but it was taking a long time for the evacuation so everyone was doing something for wasting time, like charging phones in pavilion, playing cards, eating snacks etc. The teachers were very crazy of ringing phones from students' parents.

Bu Tiur : Haduh, Ibu pusing sekali, handphone bunyi mulu.
Gue : Di depan belok kanan 'Bu.
Bu Tiur : Ha? Di mana?
Gue : Itu... Ibu keluar, terus abis itu lewatin gerombolan anak-anak, terus belok deh...

Bu Tiur : Ergh, I'm so crazy my phone rings everytime. Anybody knows where's the toilet?
Me : Go outside and turn right.
Bu Tiur : Huh? Where is it?
Me : You go outside... and pass those children there, and turn right.

Gue : Males ah 'Bu, gelap...
Bu Tiur : Sini, bawa senter temenin Ibu! *malah nyeret gue*
Gue : Tapi 'Bu..... :')

Bu Tiur : Huh? I don't know. Ruby, you must accompany me, I have to pee now....
Me : So lazy lah.... it's dark.
Bu Tiur : Here, bring this flashlight and accompany me.
Me : But.... :')

Ms. Tiur, the one that wearing glasses.

Gue : *duh males banget, balik lagi ke depan*

In front of the toilets, Ms. Tiur was scared.
Bu Tiur : Don't leave me, okay? *go inside the toilet*
Me : *so lazy, so I went to front*

Jeremy : Lu ngapain 'Bi, bawa-bawa senter?
Gue : Disuruh Bu Tiur nemeinin ke WC pake senter.
Jeremy : WAH? BU TIUR? ASIK BISA NGERJAIN BU TIUR!!!! *lari ke WC*

Jeremy : Whatcha doing with your flashlight?
Me : Bu Tiur said I have to accompany her to toilet.
Jeremy : WHAT? BU TIUR? HURRAY I COULD SCARE HER!!! *run to toilet*

Fiola + Intan.

Jeremy : Tiurrrr... Tiurrrr... *di depan WC bikin suara serem HAHA LAWAK!*
Eban : Woi, lu ngapain di situ Jer'?
Jeremy : Di sini ada Bu Tiur, 'Van.
Eban : WAH? BU TIUR? ASIK TUH! *ikutan ngibrit mau ngerjain Bu Tiur*
Bu Tiur : *ga taunya uda keluar duluan pas Eban mau ikutan ngerjain*

Jeremy : Tiuuurr... Tiurr.... *in front of toilet making a scary sound HAHA*
Eban : Hoy, what you doing, Jer'?
Jeremy : Bu Tiur is inside this toilet.
Eban : WOW! BU TIUR? IT'S FUN UH! *run to Jeremy wanna scare her too*
Bu Tiur : *go outside the toilet while Eban was running to Jeremy LOL!*

Bu Tiur : Ruby? Mana tu anak? =___="
Gue : *kabur*

Bu Tiur : Ruby? Where is she? =___="
Me : *RUN!!!!!*

Willy + Ubi.

Well, we were just waiting for any instruction from the team what to do. We just didn't know what to do, and the teachers' mobile phones rang everytime and made them so confused.

Yang bikin resah itu loh....
(The most worrying thing at that night)

Finally there was an instruction after hours waiting there. Gubug Selo Education Team said, we could bring our luggages which were missed at uphill, divided by the village and small groups with car with only one or two persons. First turn was given to participants in Grogol Village, so some of our friends went uphill to bring luggages in Grogol Villages, and then the other participans could go with angkot (mini van) to be evacuated.

Pertama sih masih selow-selow aja, lama-lama kok nama gua ga disebut-sebut coba. =___=
Terus Gubug Selo-nya udah sepi, gua malah terlantar di sini malah ga turun-turun ke Desa Juwono. Kan lama-lama serem juga oy kalo kenapa-napa, yang lain udah aman, ga taunya gua kena wedhus gembel kan kampret, haiyah.

First, I still relaxed, but later I worried as the teachers didn't say my name to be evacuated. Gubug Selo became so silent as not so many friends of mine there anymore, except me and some other friends. Was hoping if there was nothing happened there.

Sebel banget lah pokoknya lama banget. Ini sampe malem banget, gua dan sebelas anak lainnya jadi ga tau mau ngapain. Berasa punya gebetan terus di-PHP-in, nah gini...

It took a loooooooong time until night, me and 11 other friends didn't know what to do there.

Terus tiba-tiba keinget kata-kata Eban tadi....
Eban : Duh ya Tuhan, kalo sekarang Tuhan mau cabut nyawa saya di sini, ambil deh....

And I just remembered what Eban had said at that time...
Eban : My God, if You want to take my soul, just go get it...

Ups....
Oops....

The stone which was falling from the sky at that night.
